Not at this time, currently all appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advanced and a deposit is required to secure all service appointments.
What are my payment options?
We have multiple payment options, we accept cash, all major credit cards, Cherry Financing and FSA/HSA payments.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Yes, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you to fill out any necessary forms, change into your robe and slippers, and start your relaxation journey without rush.
What should I do if I have specific health concerns or allergies?
Inform us of any health concerns or allergies when booking your appointment and upon arrival. This helps our therapists tailor your treatments to ensure your safety and comfort.
Is it necessary to tip the spa staff?
Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. If you wish to show gratitude for exceptional service, a standard tip is typically 15-20% of the treatment cost.
